Dried mushrooms are great for camping, traveling, and gifting the mushroom lover.

When mushrooms are dried their flavor is deep,  umami, and concentrated. They retain a chewy texture and are a delicious addition when used in soups, casseroles, and risotto. Simply rehydrate in hot water until softened then add and cook into a dish. Or put directly into a dish that has liquid to rehydrate. All our mushrooms are sustainably organically grown and/or wild harvested.
